MTN Instructors

MTN Instructors

We seek the best and brightest instructors across the United States. Our instructors undergo a 5 point quality assurance process that results in finding motivated, talented, experienced instructors to work with MTN students. If for any reason an instructor turns out not to be the perfect match for you and your family - no problem. MTN will find a new instructor to better suit your needs or scheduling preference.

5 Point Quality Assurance Process

  • 1.   Instructors submit a thorough application and resume for preliminary review
  • 2.   MTN reviews references from both employment and former students
  • 3.   MTN submits instructor for a thorough background screening
  • 4.   MTN performs an online instructor character review
  • 5.   Instructor successfully completes MTN interview and audition

What can I expect from my MTN instructor?

Instructors are invited to join MTN when they have a demonstrated track record of teaching acumen, punctuality, and warm personality. With 10+ years of expertise in matching students with an instructor, we have a long history of making great matches the first time around. Once you are matched with an instructor, you can expect the following from that person going forward:

Expect MTN instructors to:

  • Arrive prepared with a lesson plan customized to the student's needs
  • At the end of each lesson, communicate what should be practiced and how often in preparation for the next lesson
  • Arrive on time, and dress neatly and appropriately
  • Strive to accommodate unexpected changes in the student's schedule
  • Upload a summary of each lesson to MTN within 24 hours of the end of the lesson
  • Purchase an annual background check provided through CDI
  • Maintain their relationship with MTN only with only the highest levels of customer satisfaction
